SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to leave my studio. Feel free to contact me to inquire about rush processing. You will receive a tracking number via email when your package goes out.

 

WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.:

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (2-6 days in transit) or tracked USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days in transit) depending on weight and customer selection at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL:

Otherwise, orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International (ETA can vary drastically based on your location and postal system - please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery) or tracked USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days in transit) depending on weight and customer selection at checkout.

"Letter Mail" note: This cost-effective international shipping option will show up for orders containing only regular-sized patches, stickers, and/or greeting cards (due to their flatness and size, they are able to ship in thin envelopes). Please select only if you are ordering 5 items or less. This method is untracked and the envelope is not as sturdy/protective as the one used for our other shipping methods. Please note that BW can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages due to customer selecting "Letter Mail" shipping at checkout.

Please also note that BW does not cover customs/import fees and you should contact your local postal service with any questions about them (especially UK customers). I can't be held responsible if you don't pick up your package because of these fees. Thanks for understanding!

 

DAMAGED ITEM?

Should there be any damage in transit please let me know within 3 days of delivery and include a photo (for insurance purposes). I will send you replacement item(s) right away at no additional charge to you!

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED?:

Please contact me - I will get the correct item sent your way ASAP! If the item is being returned to me, I will send you a prepaid shipping label.

DID YOU ENTER THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDY?:

Contact me ASAP to see if your order has shipped yet! Please note that I can't provide refunds for products that are delivered to the wrong address or go missing due an incorrect shipping address being entered at checkout. If the items is being "returned to sender", I can re-ship the item to you, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. Thanks for understanding!

 

PRE-ORDERS:

If you purchase a "pre-order" item along with items that are available now, the items in stock will ship now, and the pre-ordered item will ship when available (the estimated ship date will be on the product page).

 

RETURNS:

I want you to love your stuff!  In general, full-priced items may be returned within 10 days of delivery if they are in the same condition in which they were received (including in their original packaging). After I receive the goods, I will refund your entire order amount. Please contact me to approve your return prior to shipping.

Please note: unless you are returning a defective/incorrect item (see above), you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

Wholesale and discounted items are not eligible for return.
